4-83-160 Violation – Penalty.
   Any person violating any requirement of this chapter or any rule and regulation promulgated thereunder shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $5,000.00 for each offense. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
