4-64-300 Furnishing inspection samples to the Department of Public Health – Required when.
   Upon demand by the Commissioner of Public Health, all licensees under this Chapter shall furnish to the Department of Public Health, for inspection and analysis by or under the direction of such Commissioner, samples of all cigarettes or tobacco products sold or offered for sale by the licensee.
