4-60-170 Temporary liquor licenses.
   A temporary, non-renewable license may also be issued by the local liquor control commissioner, for a period not to exceed 90 days, to an applicant for a full- term license if the licensed premises is a hotel containing more than 200 units for which a valid license in the same category has been issued in the name of another person, and the applicant has assumed ownership of the hotel from that person.
