4-11-110 Health rules.
   The Commissioner of Health shall promulgate rules relating to the health and sanitation of food sold at the Maxwell Street Market. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the contrary, the rules promulgated hereunder shall constitute the exclusive local health and sanitation rules applicable to food sold at the Maxwell Street Market.
