3-64-165 Employees of the 9-1-1 system.
   Sworn police and uniformed fire service members assigned to the 9-1-1 system at the request of the executive director shall remain members of their respective departments subject to the disciplinary authority of the superintendent of police and fire commissioner, respectively; provided, however, that the executive director shall be responsible for the general management and control of emergency communications personnel.
