3-64-090 Uniform revenue procedures ordinance applicable.
   The provisions of the uniform revenue procedures ordinance shall apply to and supplement this chapter to the extent they are not clearly inconsistent herewith and the surcharge shall be deemed a revenue measure for purposes of the application of that ordinance.
