3-40-520 Consent and authority.
   Consent and authority are given to the Illinois Department of Revenue to collect and enforce the tax imposed by Section 3-40-510 of this ordinance and all civil penalties that may be assessed as an incident thereof for and on behalf of the City of Chicago pursuant to paragraph 8-11-9 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
