3-40-480 Consent and authority.
   Consent and authority are hereby given to the State Department of Revenue to collect and enforce the tax imposed by Section 3-40-470 of this ordinance and all civil penalties that may be assessed as an incident thereto for and in behalf the City of Chicago pursuant to the Tourism, Convention and Other Special Events Promotion Act of 1967.
