3-32-010 Title.
   This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Chicago Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax Ordinance". The tax imposed by this chapter shall be known as the "Chicago Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax" or the "Chicago Transaction Tax", and is imposed in addition to all other taxes imposed by the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois or any other municipal corporation or political subdivision of the State of Illinois.
