3-28-050 Commission for collecting and remitting tax.
   All retailers remitting the tax imposed by this chapter to the city department may retain 2.00 percent of the tax they collect to reimburse themselves for expenses incurred in collecting and remitting the tax. This commission shall not be allowed for taxes not timely remitted to the department.
