2-156-060 Unauthorized use of City property.
   No official, employee, or candidate for City office shall engage in or permit the unauthorized use of any City property. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the incidental use of such property in connection with the solicitation and acceptance of any gifts in accordance with Section 2-156-142(d)(13) or 2-156-142(h)(2).
