2-148-030 Director – Powers and duties.
   The director of the committee shall have the following powers and duties:
   (A)   To enter into agreements and obligations, according to law, in order to carry into effect the purposes for which the committee is created, subject to the approval of the mayor and the city comptroller;
   (B)   To keep and maintain adequate records of all funds received and disbursed;
   (C)   The director shall submit quarterly reports describing the activities of the committee on urban opportunity to the mayor and members of the city council.
