2-106-090 Reports of monies received.
   The commissioner, once in each day, shall report to the city treasurer all monies received by him, and at the same time pay over to the city treasurer all such monies, with a statement of the same and to what accounts they belong, and shall take a receipt and duplicate receipt for all monies so paid over.
