2-102-060 Superintendent of special assessments – Powers and duties.
   The superintendent of special assessments shall have charge of all proceedings connected with the making of special assessments, subject to the directions of the board of local improvements. He or she shall be ex officio secretary of the board.
   Whatever rights, powers and duties were vested in the board of local improvements under Chapter 2-100 and other chapters in this Code are hereby transferred to and shall be exercised by the board of local improvements under this chapter.
