2-102-050 Board of local improvements – Established – Composition.
   A board in the department of transportation, to be known as the board of local improvements, is hereby established.
   Each of the five members of the board of local improvements appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council under the terms of Section 9-2-7 of the Illinois Municipal Code, as amended, shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are imposed by the provisions of that act.
