2-74-160 Earlier rules and regulations.
   All rules and regulations of the department of human resources in effect at the time of the adoption of this ordinance not contrary to or inconsistent with terms of this ordinance shall remain in force until they expire by their own limitation or are altered or amended or repealed pursuant to this ordinance.
