2-50-070 Public participation process.
   In addition to the powers and duties conferred on the Commissioner pursuant to Section 2-50-040, the Mayor shall have the authority to designate an appropriate public participation process which will ensure the involvement of residents in the activities of the Department. Said process shall include the solicitation of advice, guidance, and assistance from residents in the areas of activity in which the Department is involved.
