It shall be unlawful for any person to enter within any such cordoned area except with the permission of the fire commissioner or uniformed service incident commander. Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than $1,000.00 nor more than $5,000.00, or imprisoned for a term not to exceed six months, or both, for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
