2-29-090 Hindering emergency management activities unlawful.
   No person shall willfully hinder any employee of the office in the performance of his duty at an emergency, or shall willfully in any manner injure, deface or destroy any vehicle or other apparatus belonging to the office. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense.
