2-4-090 Observance of Flag Day.
   On or before the tenth day of June, annually, the mayor shall issue a proclamation requesting the observance of the anniversary of the adoption of the flag of the United States by a general display of the national emblem on the fourteenth day of June, and requesting the observance of such anniversary in such other manner as he may deem appropriate.
