18-11-1113.3 Existing facilities: key stations.

Rapid, light and commuter rail key stations, as defined under criteria established by the Department of Transportation in Subpart C of 49 C.F.R. Part 37, and existing intercity rail stations shall comply with Sections 18-11-1113.3.1 through 18-11-1113.3.3.
