18-11-1113.3.3 Direct connections.

New direct connections to commercial, retail or residential facilities shall, to the maximum extent feasible, have an accessible route complying with Section 18-11-1117.3.4 from the point of connection to boarding platforms and transportation system elements used by the public. Any elements provided to facilitate future direct connections shall be on an accessible route connecting boarding platforms and transportation system elements used by the public.
