18-11-1103.2.4 Detached dwellings and townhouses.

   Detached one- and two-family dwellings, townhouses, their accessory structures and their associated sites and facilities are not required to be accessible, except as required by Sections 18-11-1107.5.4 and 18-11-1107.5.5.
