4-156-930 Joint and several liability for alcohol- related violations.

If alcoholic liquor is sold, stored, handled, prepared, transported or served at an industrial venue event by a caterer that holds or is required to hold a caterer's liquor license under Chapter , the licensee and caterer shall be jointly and severally liable for any violation of Chapter 4-60 of this code or the Illinois Liquor Control Act that occurs at such event.
