AMENDMENTS TO TRAFFIC CODE
(a) The following provisions of the Traffic Code of Charles Town are hereby repealed:
(b) The following provisions of the West Virginia State Code are herein adopted and incorporated by reference into the Codified Ordinances of the Charles Town together with all amendments which shall hereafter be made to said Code Sections and such sections as may be hereafter adopted by the West Virginia State Legislature applicable thereto:

(c) The adoption, by reference, of these sections shall not be construed so as to exclude other provisions of State law which impose obligations and duties upon the City of Charles Town and its agents nor construed so as to exempt the citizens of Charles Town from such obligations as are enforceable by agents of the State of West Virginia.
