Whoever violates the provisions of West Virginia Code 17C, Articles 5 and SA as adopted by the City of Charles Town by incorporation into this ordinance, shall be punishable as provided in said Code Sections. Whoever violates any other provIs1on of the Traffic Code, including the enumerated West Virginia Code Sections adopted and incorporated herein by reference, shall be subject to the penalties contained therein, provided, however, that no person shall be subject to imprisonment for said violations nor shall that person be subject to a fine of more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
