EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 9-74-0, passed February 11, 1974, and Ohio R.C. Chapter 1724, the City has formed a corporation known as the Community Improvement Corporation of Mercer County which is designated as the agency of the City for the industrial, economic, civic, commercial, distribution and research development of the City.
There are no sections in Chapter 149. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and future legislation.
