EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 18-74-0, passed May 28, 1974, and Ordinance 27-77-0, passed July 25, 1977, the City, together with other communities within Mercer County, has entered into an agreement to help finance and operate a county-wide ambulance service.
