   153.01 COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   For purposes of fulfilling the requirements set forth under Ohio R.C. 3735.65 to 3735.70, inclusive, the Council establishes Community Reinvestment Area #1.
   (b)   The boundaries of Community Reinvestment Area #1 shall include all lands which lie within the corporation limits of the City.
