4-9-21: LOCAL-OPTION NON-PROPERTY TAX OBLIGATIONS:

All Vendors are subject to the local-option non-property tax imposed pursuant to Title 4, Chapter 8 Non-Property Sales Tax. Said taxes shall be paid on a monthly basis and are due and payable to the City Clerk on or before the twentieth (20th) day of the succeeding month. (Ord. 726, 5-22-2023)
