Mobile Food Concessionaire Permits may be renewed, provided an application for renewal and corresponding fees are received by the City no later than the expiration day of the current Mobile Food Concessionaire Permit. Applications received after that date shall be processed as new applications. The City Clerk and City Staff shall review each application for renewal to determine if the applicant is in full compliance with the provisions of this Chapter. If the City Clerk and/or City Staff finds that the application meets the above requirements, the City Clerk shall issue a new Mobile Food Concessionaire Permit. (Ord. 726, 5-22-2023)
