2-1-7A: EXCEPTIONS TO SNOW LOAD REQUIREMENTS:
   (A)   Structures of two hundred (200) square feet or less, of floor space for wood storage or other structures not constructed for human habitation or occupancy, shall not be required to meet the snow load provisions of subsection 2-1-7(A) of this chapter; (Ord. 660, 5-28-2013)
   (B)   That the city, its elected officials, agents, employees and servants shall not be liable in any manner for loss sustained by any permit holder constructing a structure under a permit obtained pursuant to the provisions of this section;
   (C)   No building permit shall be issued under the provisions of this section until the applicant first executes and delivers to the city a general release, releasing the city, its elected officials, agents, employees and servants from any and all loss or damage that may be sustained by a permit holder by reason of the issuance of such permit or the construction of any structures thereunder.
