5-1-26: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter except as provided in subsection 5-1-13A(A), shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined a fee as established by resolution by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or by both said fine and imprisonment.
