(A) The method for computation of rates and service charges established for user charges in §§ 50.055 through 50.060, 50.075 through 50.079 and 50.090 through 50.096 of this chapter shall be made available to a user within 15 days of receipt of a written request for such.
(B) Any disagreement over the method used, or in the computation thereof, shall be remedied by a third party selected by both parties within 90 days after notification of a formal written appeal outlining the discrepancies.
