§ 50.075  WATER TAP-ON FEES.
   (A)   Inside city. Applicants for water service inside the city shall pay a charge of:
      (1)   Four hundred dollars, plus the cost of parts, labor, boring and trenching, if necessary, for a five-eighths-inch tap;
      (2)   Six hundred and fifty dollars, plus the costs of parts, labor, boring and trenching, if necessary, for a one-inch tap;
      (3)   One thousand dollars, plus the costs of parts, labor, boring and trenching, if necessary, for a one and one-half-inch tap; and
      (4)   One thousand and two hundred dollars, plus the cost of parts, labor, boring and trenching for a two-inch tap.
   (B)   Anyone requesting water service must annex into the city to receive city water. This does not apply to those individuals outside the city limits who are currently receiving water service.
