The City is not responsible for and shall not divide or separately bill charges for shared container(s); the billing for shared container(s) shall be sent to the designated business or individual who will in turn be responsible for seeking reimbursement from the other parties. At no time shall any additional charges be imposed or passed on to the other parties who share the container(s). (Ord. 2017-24)
