11-1-1: SALE OF DISEASED ANIMALS, POULTRY, FISH OR ADULTERATED MILK:
No person shall knowingly sell, expose or offer for sale any sick or diseased animals, poultry or fish to be used or eaten for food, or the flesh of any sick or diseased or otherwise unwholesome dead animal, poultry or fish, or the flesh of any animal, fowl or fish not usually used or deemed wholesome for food, or any unwholesome provisions or articles of food whatsoever, or any adulterated or pernicious milk, drink or liquors. 11-1-2: IMPORTATION, SALE OF FOOD OR OTHER THINGS DEEMED NOXIOUS:
The legally constituted local health authority may, when the safety or preservation of the public health demands it, prohibit the bringing into the City or the sale or giving away or use within the limits of the City of any articles of food or other things deemed noxious to or liable to endanger health or to induce the introduction or spread of disease.
