505.11 KEEPING OF CHICKEN AND RABBIT PENS.

(a) No person shall construct or maintain chicken or rabbit pens or chicken runways within a distance of fifty feet from any building used as a residence. (1964 Code §501.12)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
