505.10 KEEPING HOG PENS AND STABLES.
   (a)   No person shall keep or use any hog pen or barn yard adjacent to or abutting on any lot, the property of or occupied by another, or so near thereto that the contents of such hog pen or barn yard are discharged upon such lot.
   (b)   No person, whether as owner, tenant or employee shall permit any pen, lot, stable or place where horses, mules, cattle, livestock or fowl are kept, to become foul, nauseous or offensive, so as to be detrimental to the health of residents of the City. (1964 Code §501.11)
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
