Any person, corporation, lessor, lessee or other legal entity that operates a commercial parking lot and/or parking deck in the City shall be required to post a sign(s) on such parking premises indicating thereon the rates per hour, or any other rate less than an hour. The sign shall be visible from the adjoining street or streets of the City, and the numbers indicating the rates shall be at least two inches wide and four inches high. (Ord. 11-77. Passed 1-3-77.)
