353.12 COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

The Mayor shall designate the personnel to collect the coins from parking meters who shall immediately deposit the same in the depository designated by the City, which depository shall tabulate, count and deposit the same to the proper account of the City and render to the City an accounting thereof.
