353.11 INJURING OR TAMPERING WITH METERS.

(a) No person shall wilfully deface, injure, damage, tamper with, break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
