353.06 USE OF SLUGS, ETC., IN METERS.
   (a)   No person shall deposit in any parking meter in the City any slug, device or substitute for a coin of the United States. (1964 Code §811.07)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
