353.03 TIME LIMIT METERED ZONES; NOTICE; HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The length of time that parking is permissible in a metered parking zone for which a meter is installed upon the deposit of coins in the parking meter, shall be a maximum of two hours in a two-hour metered zone, one hour in a one-hour metered zone, thirty minutes in a thirty-minute metered zone, and fifteen minutes in a fifteen-minute metered zone. Notice to the public shall be given by an appropriate plate attached to the parking meter setting forth the length of time for which parking is permitted and the conditions thereof in each metered parking zone. Any vehicle which remains in a metered parking zone after the prescribed time for parking is hereby determined to be illegally parked. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to vehicles parked or standing upon the streets or designated surface lots of the City in parking meter zones when such vehicles are parked or standing upon such streets or designated surface lots during the following designated times: On every day between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
