351.16 TRANSFERRING GOODS FROM TRUCK TO TRUCK.

No person shall transfer goods or materials from truck to truck, truck to trailer, trailer to truck, or trailer to trailer, while such truck or trailer is standing on the City streets; provided, however, such transfers may be permitted when there is a breakdown or other emergency preventing such truck or trailer from being moved.
