351.14 PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (a)    No operator of any vehicle, including trucks, trailers and semitrailers either single or in combination, designed to carry a load of two tons or more shall park such vehicle upon any street within the City for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of merchandise except upon the streets which are bounded by Sixth Street, northeast and northwest, on the north; Sixth Street, southeast and southwest, on the south; McKinley Avenue, southwest and northwest, on the west; and Cherry Avenue, northeast and southeast, on the east; and further excepting Cleveland Avenue, northwest and southwest, between Ninth Street, southwest, on the south and Twelfth Street, northwest, on the north, Market Avenue, north, and Market Avenue, south, between Navarre Road on the south and Ninth Street on the north, and Tuscarawas Street, east, and Tuscarawas Street, west, between the Pennsylvania Railroad on the east and Elgin Avenue on the west, during any period of the day or night, Monday through Saturday, including all legal holidays.
   (b)   No operator of any vehicle including trucks, trailers and semitrailers, either single or in combination, designed to carry a load of two tons or more shall park such vehicle upon any street of the City for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of merchandise on Sundays.
