351.10 BUS STOPS AND TAXICAB STANDS.
   (a)    No operator of any vehicle other than a taxicab shall stand or park in an officially designated taxicab stand, except that the operator of any passenger vehicle may temporarily stop in any taxicab stand for the purpose of and while actually engaged in the loading or unloading of passengers.
   (b)    No operator of a vehicle, other than a bus, shall stand or park for any purpose whatsoever in an officially designated bus stop, and no operator of any bus shall stand or park a bus in an officially designated bus zone for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious loading and/or unloading of passengers.
   (c)   No operator of any taxicab shall stand or park upon any street in any business district at any place other than a taxicab stand, except that this provision shall not prevent the operator of any such vehicle from temporarily stopping in accordance with other parking regulations at any place for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers.
   (d)   No operator of any bus shall stand or park upon any street in any business district at any place other than in an officially designated stop.
   (e)   No operator of a bus shall load or unload passengers at any place other than as near to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway as is reasonably possible, headed in the direction of traffic.
