339.12 TRUCKS IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (a)   No truck other than single axle type truck with a rated capacity not in excess of two tons may enter the Central Business District, bounded on the north by Sixth Street, northeast and northwest; and on the south by Sixth Street, southeast and southwest; on the east by Cherry Avenue, northeast and southeast; and on the west by McKinley Avenue, northwest and southwest, for the purpose of receiving or delivering merchandise, materials, equipment, etc., where such activity would be conducted upon the public streets but would not include off-street private facilities, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
   (b)   No truck may enter the Central Business District, as designated above, for the purpose of delivering merchandise, materials, equipment, etc., where such activity would be conducted upon the public streets but would not include off-street private facilities, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.    (c)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a first offense; for a second offense within one year thereafter, such person shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both; for a subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, such person shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
