The issuance of a parade permit pursuant to this chapter shall permit the permittee to utilize the public right-of-way upon the route of march or travel for purposes of selling or vending merchandise, wares, goods, beverages and/or foods, and erecting bleachers, grandstands, or other similar seating or viewing structures, as long as the permittee fully complies with the requirements of the EEO Department, Building Department, Health Department, and the City Income Tax Department, with regard to such activities.
