1197.08 NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES.
   Before holding the public hearing required in Section 1197.06, written notice of such hearing shall be mailed by the Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals, by first class mail, at least ten days before the day of the hearing to all owners of lots within 300 feet of any part of the premises which a variance is being requested. In the case of variance requests for single and two-family residential accessory uses notice shall be mailed to the immediate surrounding property owners only. Property owners' names and addresses shall be supplied by the applicant.
